Co-working Jelly days at Gladstone's Library

Posted: Friday, 25th November 2011

The final Jelly day of 2011 will be held at Gladstone’s Library on Wednesday 7th December. Growing in popularity across the UK, co-working Jelly days originate from the USA.  The Library first started to hold Jelly days in 2010 and has already confirmed three days for next year – Wednesday 25 January, Tuesday 21 February and Monday 19 March.

The principle behind Jelly is simple - just bring your laptop or whatever you need to work, and share space with other co-workers.  Sometimes quiet, sometimes chatty, Jellies are great ways to meet new business contacts, although they are definitely not "networking" events and direct selling to fellow Jelly attendees is discouraged.  With space and wi-fi given free by the venue, Jellies are free to attend.  You can find out more about Jellies here: http://workatjelly.com/
